1. Call Center Agent (Nhân viên Dịch Vụ Khách Hàng)
- Summary of Role: Communication and customer service.
- The Role:
+ External communication with the insured, policyholders via email and phone about: Insured personal information; Claim status; Terms and conditions of the insurance policies; Missing claim documents, …
+ Ensure the respect of timeline of answer as mentioned in the internal guideline
+ Ensure high level of communication which is but not limited to: Provide courteous and accurate answer; Follow closely the request and ensure the respect of the recall timing
+ Report to line manager all difficulties met by the team
+ Internal communication with the account managers (if lack of information about the insured and/or the guarantee of the
contract)
+ Other tasks assigned by Line manager
- The Requirements:
+ College degree or equivalent
+ Good in English communication
+ Computer Literate, Win, Excel, Power Point
+ High integrity, good communication and problem-solving skills
+ Be able to work in a team
+ Be able to work under pressure
2. Claim Adjuster (Nhân viên Giải quyết Bồi thường)
- Summary of Role: Handle claim settlement and ensure to respect of internal guideline on claim settlement (delay, accurate claim payment).
- The Role:
+ Direct billing activities: Check insurance benefits correctly; Provide clear additional documents requested to hospitals/clinics; Follow up claim process in timeline; Settle claims correctly.
+ Claim settlement including but not limited to: Outpatient claim treatment; Impatient claim treatment; Salary compensation claim; Death following all causes claim; Total or partial disablement following all causes claim.
+ Other activities which are required for settling claim including but not limited to: Require customers to provide accurate and necessary documents for the claim settlement; Follow uncompleted claim; Require additional information to the insured, medical practitioner if necessary; Provide payment guarantee to medical network in case of direct billing; Support and train claim group’s member if requested; Solve minor difficulties met in the daily activities.
+ External communication with the insured, policyholder or medical network.
+ Other tasks assigned by Managers.
